My Story
You do not need to become a new woman.
At 5:30 in the morning, I would pull into another parking lot before the sun was up. Sometimes it was Amazon. Sometimes it was IHOP. The lights inside were bright, the floors were sticky, and I was already tired before my shift even started.
I was trying to hold my life together with whatever I could find. I was in and out of rehab. I had low self-esteem. I would get excited about a new plan, swear this time would be different, and then quit before I gave it a real chance.
Then, 6 months pregnant, I became single. It was the second time I had found myself pregnant and alone. I remember sitting with that truth and feeling like the floor had dropped out from under me. My daughter was coming, and I knew she deserved a mother who was not always scrambling.
In that moment, a new desire woke up in me. I wanted a stable home. I wanted money that did not depend on another long shift. I wanted to build a life where I could create, lead, and make money from something that felt true to me. But wanting it and believing I could have it were two very different things.
I had no extra money to gamble with. No proof that I could finish what I started. The people around me told me to be realistic, to get a steady job, that I had tried to change before. Part of me thought, why would this time be any different.
Then my therapist said something that stopped me cold. She told me to stop talking so much about my feelings and actually feel them. I was used to explaining my pain and trying to think my way out of it. I had never learned how to sit with myself without running or fixing.
Around that same time, I read 21 Days to Forgive Everyone by Iyanla Vanzant. Page by page, it showed me how much energy I was spending holding on to old pain from my past and from the version of myself I was ashamed of.
I tried to force a new life through hustle and positive thinking, and it only made me feel like a failure when I could not keep up. I tried to manifest while my body was still living in fear. That approach did not work. I did not need another perfect plan. I needed to stop abandoning myself every time life got hard.
That is when I found self-inquiry, spiritual awakening, and somatic healing. Conscious creation was not about controlling every thought or becoming a more polished version of myself. It was about getting honest. It was about letting go of the identity of the woman who was always behind, always trying to catch up.
That became the foundation of the BEYOND Method.
Today, my life looks nothing like those early morning parking lots. I run a business that supports my family from Da Nang, Vietnam. I make money through YouTube and through coaching entrepreneurs to become fully expressed, so they can attract the clients, opportunities, and creative freedom they know they are capable of.
The biggest change is not the business. It is not the money. It is that I no longer need to run from myself to create a life I love. That is what I want for the woman who has already achieved so much and still feels tired from carrying the weight of her own identity.
You do not need to become a new woman. You do not need one more thing to prove you are worthy. You may simply need to go beyond the version of you that has been working so hard to hold it all together.
